Our small group classes (4-8 participants per class) are led by our certified personal trainers with you as the individual: your goals, current fitness level, and your sustainable lifestyle changes in mind.

One day a week – 8 weeks – $80
Two days a week – 8 weeks – $160

(This makes sessions $10 each!)

You can sign up for either Tuesdays or Thursdays, or both, for best results.
