Led by a passionate guest instructor, The Regimen is a light, joyful class designed to wake up every area of the body through slow, intentional movement. Using 2-lb dumbbells and simple exercises, weโll explore how movement can feel refreshing, not overwhelming.

Details:
โ Free and open to all ages and levels
โ All movements are standing or seated โ no getting on the floor
โ We provide the dumbbells (or you can bring your own 2-lb weights)
โ Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle
