Your First Session is where we meet, discuss medical history (injuries, surgeries, illnesses, medications, etc), we take a look at your posture and take you through a few key movements between lower body and upper body to see what the foundation of your body is like (before adding fitness on top of it, so that it is more sustainable and injury/pain-free for you!).

Then we sit back down and discuss goals, we can do initial measurements if that is a part of your goals, and create a game plan based on your resources (time, schedule, and budget). Our goal is to find the best solution for you: your goals, where you are at today, how much accountability you want (or need) and your resources.
