We are here to help you wherever you are at on your health, fitness and wellness journey. Let’s face it, it’s not a linear journey! There are many bumps in this road we call, ‘life,’ and we are here to help hold you accountable to the goals you want to achieve. We will work with you to establish realistic, motivating and timely goals, and then be there for you every step of the way. This can look different for two different individuals. At the end of the day, we are here to support what you need and want.
“I haven’t exercised before. What does this mean for me?”
That’s okay! Not a trouble at all. We’re so glad to hear you’re thinking about and planning to make a change. We work with everyone from the absolute beginner, no matter the age, to the seasoned athlete. Our specialty is catering your exercise regimen specifically to you. We take everything into consideration. This is also the purpose of your initial Exploratory Session, to explore where exactly you’re at today and where we can meet you to take you to where you want to go.
“What are your workouts like?”
Our initial Exploratory Session helps us to learn many things about you, where you are starting from, your goals, what you need and want, and what you enjoy. We always begin by assessing your current physical movements to determine what stability exercise and flexibility needs to come into play to deter discomfort or injury as we increase your fitness together. Your exercise sessions and program are specifically catered to you, your goals, where you are starting from, and what you are motivated by.
We recognize the need for a holistic style of training, meaning: balance, flexibility and mobility, as well as strength and endurance. This reduces your chance of discomfort and/or injury and also increases your functional soundness.

We also believe in a balance of health, fitness and overall wellness, including not only the physical aspects, but the mental, emotional and relational aspects of life. We offer nutritional coaching as well as coaching in other areas such as sleep and stress management to help you align yourself with the health, fitness and wellness you desire.
