Super sets are amazing. But what are they? Supersetting is an advanced form of lifting weights involving doing two exercises, one after the other, with no rest in between.

There are many ways you can utilize them in your workouts – you can use the same muscle groups, different muscle groups, or even using different activities, say, a strength exercise followed by a cardio exercise. Go to fatigue (until you can’t go any more, with good exercise form). Then go again.
