Happy February! Can you believe we are now one full month in to 2017?!

I’ve seen this to be true in my own personal life and in the lives of my clients. Many times when we look at the world around us, it can be easy to be pulled into drama, details and distractions that don’t help us with accomplishing the things we really want to do. It is a daily struggle.

But there is something we can do about this. We can center ourselves every morning and every afternoon and every evening on what we are doing, how we want to feel, and what we want to see.

What are your sources of motivation and inspiration? Who inspires you? Who has done what you’re setting out to do? What kind of resources can you draw from to keep you focused on the things you really want to see in your life?

Further, who is in your corner in your life cheering you on? Who has your back? Who doesn’t want to hold you back but wants to see you rise to the potential you believe is possible for you? Who sees more in you than even you think is currently possible?

Tap into these sources of inspiration, motivation and support daily. It’s not magic; it really does make a difference. There are so many things going on around us today that it’s very easy to get drawn in all kinds of directions.

Put it in your calendar; give yourself a reminder to do this every morning, noon, and night – however often you feel you need it. I’d start with every morning.
