One of the biggest things I work with clients on is finding what kind of movement and activities appeal to them. Many people, I have found, aren’t particularly fond of the gym. Many more would not go if they felt they didn’t “have” to in order to lose weight.

I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to go to the gym to be fit. Or to lose weight. Or to be healthy.

There are SO many other ways to be active – walking, bicycling outside, running, roller blading, outdoor bootcamps, dancing of all kinds, hiking, swimming, and the list goes on.

You are not limited to the box gym. You don’t have to. You just need to figure out what the formula is for you – what makes you feel good and gets you moving, more.
