Learn from local holistic practitioners on why sleep is so important and how to improve it, intuitive ways to stay healthy throughout the seasons, learn about healthy foods, cooking methods, herbs and supplements to maximize your health, glean insight on how to best move into the spring and summer seasons feeling your best, and more!
These practitioners will be giving 15-minute talks throughout the day. Here’s the schedule and their topic!
- 10:30 am – Lisa Hazelgrove of Lisa Healthy will be sharing on the power of sleep and how to improve it
- 11:30 am – Kelly Sherman of Wax and Wane Wellness will be sharing how to stay healthy through the seasons, cooking methods, and more!
- 12:30 pm – Tressa Breindel, LAc, of Integrative Health Richmond will be sharing how to fix health problems holistically, not just to treat the symptoms
- 1:30 pm – Aubrey Eicher of Richmond Wellness will be sharing how to create a fitness plan that is enjoyable and lasting!
