Thank you to everyone who attended our Holistic Health Spring Open House!
We were glad to collaborate with several local holistic practitioners and provide information to our guests on sleep: how important it is to our health and how to improve it; healthy eating and cooking and how to integrate the change of the seasons into the management and improvement of our health; how to fix health problems at the roots versus simply treat symptoms; and how to create a fitness plan that is enjoyable, sustainable, and takes us to the level of health and fitness we desire!
