I hope each of you all had a wonderful long weekend that was rejuvenating to you!

I wanted to talk a moment today, in conjunction/continuation of my message last week in the exploration of the idea that “everything matters” (and if you didn’t see that post, check it out here!)

Today, I wanted to talk in regards to time – most specifically my example of the question: “What’s better, the 10 pushups you did, or the 10 you didn’t do because maybe you thought they wouldn’t matter?”

I understand the we are busier than ever today. We have work to be done, families to take care of, and then maybe, if we have the luxury, a social life to enjoy.

Can I propose a different thought/approach to your fitness and exercise?

How would your life be different if you were at the health and fitness level that you truly desire?

Is this a priority of yours that you would like to schedule into your life? If so, here is a thought – can you get out of bed in the morning and begin with a stretching or yoga routine, as well as some push ups, some squats, some crunches? Let’s say 3 sets of 10-15 each. Tops, this would take 15 minutes if you stretch before and afterward.

Part of my point is that health and fitness does not have to be hard, complicated, or time-consuming. If you did this – simply stretched and did a few basic exercises upon waking in the morning and/or upon finishing your work day, it would make a difference in your health, fitness, mood, disposition, results at work, and life.

Everything is connected. When we grow in one area, the growth leaks over into other areas. This is why goals and regimented training really helps us to ascend to higher levels of existence in all areas of our lives – not only physically, but mentally, spiritually, in our families, in our work, in our social arena.

How else could I say to you today, that everything you do, makes a difference? And again, I do not say this from a place of fear – that you need to get on your game or something bad will happen, but rather, from a place of excited expectation of exploring your personal potential – what COULD you do? How much more present and effective could you be in every area of your life?

I LOVE exploring the potential that we each have within us. I believe that it is not a matter of comparison or competition with those around us, but rather, exploring what we personally can do with our specific life variables that we have available to us – our talents, our abilities, our work, and more!

I hope that this is an encouragement to you. As a reminder, I have my May promotion going until May 31st – “Spring into Summer” – a 12-week program including 2 one-on-one private workouts each week, complete exercise planning outside of that, as well as nutrition coaching to help you optimize the nutrition you are getting!

Reach out to me to see if it would be a great launching point for you to your health, fitness, and wellness goals!

I look forward to connecting with you!
