Upon feedback and planning (thank you to everyone who shared with me your thoughts on this!), here are the details of the upcoming info session I am hosting for the curriculum I have created:

I’ve been developing this curriculum for the past 18 months and did a “soft launch” with a number of clients that I worked with last year. If you’ve ever stressed/wondered things like “how much is enough,” or “how much is too much,” or “how to do it most effectively without getting injured,” when it comes to exercise, or “how/what/how much/how often to eat,” this is something you should check out.
The curriculum is a one year program for anyone of all ages and all fitness levels.
My ultimate goal is to teach you how to most effectively and safely get the results that you want in your health, fitness, and wellness, in a sustainable way that you can continue on your own.
Fitness is mental, spiritual, and physical.
