- 3-5 lbs. chicken breast
- 6 Tbsp. Bolthouse Farms’ Yogurt dressing of choice (Roasted Garlic or Honey Mustard tastes great in this recipe!)
- ¼ tsp black or cayenne pepper
Place slow-cooker on “low.” Pour 2 Tbsp. yogurt dressing of choice into bottom of slow-cooker. Add chicken. Top with black or cayenne pepper and remaining yogurt dressing.
Cook on “low” for 5 hours or overnight.
Shred into small pieces when taking out and store in plastic air-tight containers for the week!
Can easily be paired with Ezekiel Bread, with your vegetable of choice, a side of diced oven-roasted sweet potatoes, or tossed into a salad!
Great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
