Have you ever been at a festival or outdoor music event around Richmond and wish there were something a little .. healthier to consume?

At the Holistic Health Spring Open House, you’ll also have the opportunity to try Richmond’s FIRST mobile juice/smoothie truck!

Here’s some info on Ruslana Remennikova and Pulp Fiction:
“Although Pulp Fiction LLC was founded in September 2017, it was floating on a dream cloud in my mind from 2012.  I was driving home one day from visiting Hardywood’s Food Truck Thursdays, and thought it would be so neat to do a smoothie truck. Especially since Richmond was becoming exclusive into eating healthy and focusing on wellness.  The thought lingered in my mind for years, just wasn’t ready for the big jump in my life at the time.

Fast forward to 2017. A number of dynamic events occurred. I completed my first Ironman in Australia in memory of my dad. Throughout my 9-month training process, I made smoothies every day. There was not one day that passed without one. I loved how this nutrition not only fueled my energy and post training sessions, but overall made me feel amazing; it helped me realize how important wellness is. It helped me see that your wellness and putting yourself first is the key to a happy mind and body.

In addition to promoting wellness and self-love, life also taught me the value of supporting and enabling women. I feel so fortunate and am very thankful to have met a multitude of talented, strong women and truly value the principles that came along with my friendships. Acceptance, forgiving, being comfortable with differences, embracing them, being present, loving yourself, and “letting it be” are important lessons I’ve learned through my interactions with these fabulous women! As a tribute, my menu drink names are all named after these dynamic women.

Pulp Fiction’s smoothie and juice products are all exotically blended. Using fresh and all-natural ingredients, the healthy and refreshing drink is created with a modern appeal. It’s edgy and it’s fun! Pulp brings a new flavor to the table, as variety is the spice of life.

I am incredibly grateful that my once upon a time dream is now becoming a reality. Pulp Fiction RVA debuts Saturday, March 31 at the Gym Quest Gymnastics Spring Carnival in Rockville, VA.
