I love running and cycling races because they give us something tangible to work towards.
Have you ever thought about doing something like a 5k or a 10k, or beyond?
Join me this week as I discuss my journey from January this year to May in deciding to commit to training and following through, and much more! Learn why running is important to me and elicits such a response from me, no matter the weather of the time of the year.

Always have a next goal.
Give all that you have today. Don’t worry about what you’ll do tomorrow when tomorrow comes and you know what you have tomorrow to show up with.
Always do your best.
Find what you’re thankful for.
Be conservative in your approach/training.
