You and many others have been curious on my Pittsburgh Marathon Journey since January of this year. It has been quite entirely the most impressive and formidable marathon I have done!

I have been humbled by the actual forces that I was working with in terms of fitness and wellness. It has been quite the journey!

So, you may have noticed by now that I enjoy running and training for a running event. Have you ever given this a thought or a try, let’s say, even with a 5k? 🙂

I love running and cycling races because they give us something tangible to work towards.

Have you ever thought about doing something like a 5k or a 10k, or beyond?

Join me this week as I discuss my journey from January this year to May in deciding to commit to training and following through, and much more! Learn why running is important to me and elicits such a response from me, no matter the weather of the time of the year.

Lessons:
  • Stress affects our bodies and our physical performance, even when not running or training for a marathon.
  • Always have a next goal.
  • Give all that you have today. Don’t worry about what you’ll do tomorrow when tomorrow comes and you know what you have tomorrow to show up with.
  • Always do your best.
  • Find what you’re thankful for.
  • Be conservative in your approach/training.

As always, let me know if I can be of help to you on your health, fitness, and wellness journey!
