YOU are formally invited to our outdoor group workouts!
Yes – they are back on the schedule! Starting June 5th, they will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00-7:00 pm!
They will be led by group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Michele Rogers! (Learn more about her here). She has 15 years’ experience in the industry and brings a passion and energy that you’ll not be able to get enough of!
ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME – modifications will be provided as needed! 🙂
