- Partnership – We are a 1-1 custom service. We take you from where you are to where you want to be in your health, fitness and overall wellness. We provide individualized service to help you achieve their goals. It is a personal relationship.
- Professionalism – We have the knowledge, the certifications, and ‘we like being great at what we do.’ We are also communicating this knowledge. We also protect you as the client from injury and harm.
- Persistence – We are here to help people change their lifestyles. This is more than, “we’ll help you lose 30 lbs in ‘x’ months.” We are teaching sustainability and healthy lifestyle. Persistence means developing the healthy habits that will create the healthy results.
- Positivity – We use positive reinforcement. We focus on the positive things – every win, every step forward. We are always looking for the positive, without sugar-coating or being too ‘woo-woo’. And, making it FUN – making it a positive experience all around that the client will want to continue.
- Performance – We will help you track your progress. We do monthly check-ins on goals that have been set. Where is the progress? What are the results? Does anything need to be changed within their plan? This is to ensure that your persistence leads to the results you are looking for.
