Founded in 2017, Laura’s Botanicals offers highly sought after education and health consultation services for individuals and families and has a locally produced product line that emphasizes small batch processing methods and traditional herbalism recipes.
Laura’s Botanicals gives back to plant conservation and are proud business members of United Plant Savers a non profit that since 1994 has focused on the conservation of endangered medicinal plants. Laura’s Botanicals runs and operates the Richmond Herbalism Guild a local network of people who discuss the uses of plants for therapeutics and to also engage in direct sales and partnerships with local herb farmers. The Richmond Herbalism Guild is a social media based forum that has been in action since 2016. Recent collaborative partners of Laura’s Botanicals have included local businesses including: Lucid Living Wellness Center for in house herbalism education programming and Live Well RVA an emerging holistic practitioner network and podcast that focuses on integrative health based discussions.
Due to Covid-19 Laura’s Botanicals has pivoted to include virtual options with their education services and has a growing community of individuals online who are engaging in packaged weekly programming, plant focused training, individualized care and community support.
Laura’s Botanicals is based in the near west end neighborhood of Richmond, Virginia along with Omni Family Chiropractic at 6806 Patterson Avenue.
