Stretching & mobility will be the theme as we welcome the day and the weekend.
You’ll leave with a sustainable full-body stretching routine that, if done daily, will help your everyday movements feel much easier and better! Visual images for the stretches will be shared afterward so you have them for reference.
Suitable for all fitness levels. Everyone is welcome! No equipment needed, but if you have a yoga mat, we invite you to bring it.
