Join me for a one hour stretching workshop and develop a daily stretching routine that you can use for a lifetime! All ages and fitness levels invited: modifications will be provided if you have limited range of motion.

The goal of stretching is to elongate your muscles, increase your blood circulation, and make it easier for your muscles and joints to do the things you do in a day.

Benefits include: overall easier body movement, decreased muscle and joint discomfort and stiffness, improved posture, decreased aches and pains, increased circulation, and reduced stress levels in your body.

Class is complementary to current clients and $10 for nonclients.
